We got a call from our property management company saying that our tenants noticed a roof leak. I had called another roofing company to get them out there for an estimate to fix it, but they were way too busy and referred me to Donovan at Rapid Roof Repair. From the get go, Donovan was super nice, knowledgeable, professional, and FAST. He worked with our property manager (since we don’t live in the area) to get the job estimated and done really quickly. When he was finished, he sent me pictures of before, during, and after the work. I will definitely be recommending him for anyone in the area that needs roof repairs!

I learned that there was a hole left in the edge of my roof when a pipe was removed as a part of conversion of the electrical service from overhead to underground. The roofing company I called was too busy to do repairs but referred me to Donovan at Rapid Roof Repair. I spoke with him on a Friday afternoon. He stopped by the house on Saturday and gave me a price for the repair. He returned on Monday and did the work. Since I was out of town, he sent me before and after pictures. The response was prompt and courteous. Donovan did everything he said he would do. I would hire him again without hesitation.

I moved here from the desert and purchased a lovely old home. Imagine my shock and panic when I noticed a leak in my roof. I called Rapid Roof Repair and Donovan not only came out the same day to give me an assessment on the damage but was able to repair my leak in just a few hours. We purchased a retirement/investment property at the end of May 2021 and wind/storm damage created a large roof leak in early August 2021. We cantacted RRR and Donovan was able to get out there during the rain and reached out to us with a reasonable quote and survey of the damage. We will rate him and his crew again in a week of so when he is able to come back and complete the repair but for now he has temporarilly stoppped a serious leak. Thank you RRR!!
